21 Days of Prayer – Day 14

Pastor Mark Price Blog

Jesus said this in Matthew 16:18 concerning the Church, “And I say also unto thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build My church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” Jesus’ answer to the world’s problems is His Church.

Today, take the time to pray for your church. Pray that the powers of darkness will not be able to prevail against your church. Your church is made up of people, so pray for the people of your church to be “strong in the Lord and the power of His might.” Pray for the Kingdom of God to increase due to the influence and presence of your church. Pray that the people of your church do not gossip, back-bite, murmur or complain. Speak over your church that it is highly favored and blessed because there is unity amongst the leadership and the congregation.

Pray:

“My Father in heaven, today, I pray for my church. I pray that the power of the Holy Spirit would fill my church. My church is a hospital for the hurting, a refuge for the broken and a safe place for the people of God. My church shows love to all people and accepts all people. I pray that the people of my church are faithful to give generously so that we can accomplish the vision of our church. I pray that my church is faithful in fulfilling the Great Commission and is faithful in making disciples. I pray for my church to send labors to go into the fields that are white with harvest. My church is stirred to action to defend the Word of God and also to declare Jesus Christ as the Son of the Living God. I declare over my church that it is a “Bible believing, devil stomping, Jesus praising, from the dead raising, redeemed by the Blood of the Lamb, saved, sanctified and filled with the Holy Ghost” New Testament Church! In the Name of Jesus I pray, amen!”
