Loving one another is a basic principle for a Christian to get along with others. 1 Peter 3:8-9 says, “Finally, all of you should be of one mind. Sympathize with each other. Love each other as brothers and sisters. Be tenderhearted, and keep a humble attitude.” Jesus’ commandment is that we love one another, especially our brothers and sisters in the Lord.

Today, take the time to pray for your brothers and sisters in Christ. Pray for their needs and the situations that they are facing. Pray for their faith to be strong and for their will to be unwavering in the face of our culture. Speak life, health and the goodness of God over their lives. Be mindful to pray specific scriptures over their lives concerning the areas they are battling. Pray that they are blessed and highly favored of the Lord. Pray for conviction of sins, transgressions and iniquities in their life. Pray for them to find friendship within Your/their church and for them to serve, give and be ministered to by the ministry of Your/their church.

“My Father in heaven, today, I pray for my brothers and sisters in Christ. I pray for them to be strong in the Lord and the power of His might. I pray they will not bow, they will not break or bend in the face of this adulterous generation. I pray for each of them to know You and the power of Your Holy Spirit. May they operate in the Gifts of the Spirit and may the Fruit of the Spirit be evident in their lives. I pray that they give wise counsel and words of encouragement in due season. My brothers and sisters in Christ are my family. Our Father is God Almighty! Jesus is our Savior! They are the healed of the Lord! No weapon formed against them shall prosper and every tongue that rises up against them shall be condemned! Hallelujah and amen!”
